-  Cancellation up to 48 hours the customer will not be charged, if the shipment is sent the customer will be charged 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS whichever is the cheaper.

- Cancellation after 48 hours will be possible to cancel only after the product has reached the customer, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost and 5% of the total transaction amount\ or NIS 100, whichever is the cheaper.

You can exchange or return the purchased product as long as the returned product meets the following two conditions:

1) The product has not been used and there is no defect or damage.
2) The product was kept in its original packaging and was not damaged during shipping.
(It is recommended to wrap the box in some kind of bag so that it does not cause any damage)

* A product that is damaged by the customer will not be credited.

* After making a change of size, it is not possible to receive a refund.

* You can cancel an order up to 48 hours after that it will be possible to cancel the order only when the product has arrived at the customer.

* The credit is made the way the customer paid, up to 7 business days.
